Sapphire Digital Accounting recently teamed up with an accounting firm in Central West area that has over 500 clients. The firm mainly deals with taxes and account production using cloud-based, automated systems. They wanted to outsource work to grow their business but had trouble finding a partner who could learn their processes while staying productive.

The main issue was getting used to the client's detailed working papers and file preparation, which needed a lot of training for the outsourcing partner. The client needed someone who could invest time and effort to understand their methods and deliver results quickly.

As of now, we have assigned five team members managed by a supervisor to the client's account. Sapphire holds monthly meetings with the partner/portfolio manager, with one of our directors also involved.
